Lisa’s Bio

Lisa manages the entirety of the human resources function at Networkers Funding in addition to overseeing the payroll team. Her unique ability to read people always helps her day to day, feeding into her passion for talent management, coaching, and advising with focus on a positive employee experience.

A deep commitment to serving others is what fuels Lisa in her work, and she never misses an opportunity to put the fun in Networkers Funding or the team in teamwork. This casual-yet-focused approach has enabled Lisa to cultivate a company culture that values client satisfaction as much as it does employee engagement. When not at work, Lisa can often be found singing in church and occasionally playing the organ.
