Every day at Networkers Funding, Katie works to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the company. It’s a tough job that requires keeping a lot of balls in the air: collaborating with management to implement new processes and procedures, evaluating company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, and a lot more.

Thankfully, for Katie, the team spirit and culture make everything seem less like work. The Networkers crew knows how to work hard and accomplish goals, all while having a few laughs with each other. Katie never ceases to keep these things in mind when establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.

When not working hard as Networkers’ COO, Katie can be found enjoying her favorite Star Wars films and TV shows or hiking with her husband and dog.
