A Career Built in Staffing
Kim brings more than 30 years of staffing industry experience to her role as Client Relationship Manager, and her journey is one of true dedication to the field. She began her career in 1995 in client development and quickly expanded into full-cycle sales and recruiting. Early on, she also played a key role in training, traveling to new franchise offices to help build and coach strong, successful sales and recruiting teams.

Taking the Leap into Ownership
In 2005, Kim launched her own staffing company and took on every aspect of the business—from sales and recruiting to client management and day-to-day operations. She partnered with Networkers Funding for payroll funding, back-office support, and software, allowing her to reduce administrative burdens and stay focused on growing her company.
Through this experience, Kim gained firsthand insight into the real challenges staffing owners face and just how valuable the right support partner can be.
