Joyce Dieck

Honesty. Integrity. Loyalty. Knowledgeable. These are the words most used by our clients to describe our company President, Joyce Dieck. Since working as the Director of Franchise Services for a national staffing company more than 30 years ago, her passion has been helping staffing companies succeed. She has extensive experience in training, human resources, staff development, strategic business planning, profitability evaluations, and software development. From startups to multi-million dollar companies, Joyce will make you feel like you are her only client. Her business philosophy hinges on always trying to do the right thing, no matter what the cost. Helping people is her focus. Whether it’s providing you the tools to find employment opportunities for people, making sure that your company is as profitable as possible, or her community involvement, she takes great satisfaction in helping people. When not at the office, you will find her working with children in need, fund raising for Parkinson’s and other charitable organizations, or spending time with family. Joyce graduated with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Ripon College.

Chris Navis

Detail Oriented. Patient. Dedicated. Talk to any of the clients Chris has worked with throughout the years, and these words will inevitably be brought up. Chris began her career in staffing more than 30 years ago, working for a national staffing company in their billing and payroll department. Numbers have always been Chris’ passion. She graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications. Chris was instrumental in the development and startup of two Payroll Funding companies, including Networkers Funding. Her knowledge of these services is invaluable. Training is a key component of Chris’ responsibilities. She is the most patient, thorough trainer you will ever run across. Chris works with all of our new clients to guarantee that they are properly trained ensuring that our client’s payroll is always accurate and timely. When not at work, you will find Chris watching or playing sports. She is an incredible athlete and sports fanatic. Chris is also active in Breast Cancer fund raising, and is extremely family oriented.

Mark Martinez

Smart. Resourceful. Geek (said in the most loving way). Mark has been working in Information Systems relating to the staffing industry for more than 20 years. His first job out of college was at a national staffing company, where he did training and seminars on how to use the Internet in recruiting efforts when the Internet was first gaining acceptance. Mark’s passion relates to automating and streamlining processes through the use of technology. He has a variety of strengths from hardware and networking, to new product design and development. Mark is spearheading our new software project which will update and further integrate the staffing process with our billing and payroll services. Clients and internal staff alike are eagerly awaiting its rollout. When not at work Mark is a full-fledged magician. If you ever have the opportunity to see him perform a magic trick, he will convince you that magic is a reality.

Kim Lipske

Knowledgeable. Advocate. Exceeds Expectations. Kim worked in sales and recruiting for ten years before starting her own staffing company in the Metro Milwaukee Area. While successfully operating her company, she utilized the services of Networkers Funding, so is intimately familiar with its operation, and is able to provide a unique perspective for the clients that she works with. She joined the sales team at Networkers Funding in 2011 and is very passionate about seeing her clients maximize the use of our services to help them grow and prosper. Kim graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UW Milwaukee. When not at the office you will find Kim at one of her kid’s many sporting events. She is also passionate about fund raising and raising awareness for Type 1 Diabetes.

Paul Martinez

Persistent. Diligent. Service Oriented. Paul takes great pride in the care and follow-up that his clients receive from him and Networkers Funding. Since joining Networkers in 2009, Paul has become an expert on our systems and assures that his clients utilize our services to the greatest extent possible. Helping our clients grow and succeed in their businesses is his primary focus. Paul’s college emphasis was in electrical systems, which has made him the go-to person when we have maintenance issues at the office. When not in the office, Paul spends the majority of his time with his growing family. Paul had his fourth child in December of 2016. When not with his family, he also enjoys golfing, playing pool, and darts.

Bill Clark

Go-Getter. Knowledgeable. Resourceful. Bill has been working in the staffing industry for over 15 years. His extensive industry knowledge as an industry partner and former recruiter make him an invaluable resource. He excels in developing strong, long-lasting relationships with staffing industry professionals through his unyielding loyalty and exceptional customer service. When not in the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family.
